Trustees of the Synagogue Church of all Nation (SCOAN) and two engineers along with their companies were arraigned before a Lagos High Court, following the death of 116 persons after six-storey guest house owned by church collapsed on September 12, 2014, PM News reports.

The court had in February, dismissed the two separate applications filed by the two engineers, who constructed the collapsed six-storey guest house, seeking to stop their prosecution.
