If you were unable to collect your prmanent voters card(PVC) when INEC distributed it in your state,you can still visit your local government INEC office and demand for it from now till january 13 2015,you could also text your state where you registered,your surname and last five digit of your temporary voters card to the number (20120),e.g INEC IMO EMEKA 65540 to 20120,and you will be replied within 3minutes if your card is ready and has no problem for you to come and collect it..
